What is the APPLE WATCH Giveaway?

Approximately four times each year (4x per year /once per quarter), Nardelli’s Grinder Shoppes (NGS) is offering visitors to all NGS locations a chance to win an APPLE WATCH by filling out an entry form and placing it in the contest entry box.

Eligibility

The APPLE WATCH Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age and older. No purchase necessary. A purchase will NOT improve your chances of winning. Entries are limited to one per person per visit. All employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns who have, within the past six (6) months performed services for NGS or their immediate family are not eligible to enter the Contest. Persons responsible for administering, advertising or promoting the Contest are also excluded from entering the Contest.

Contest Entry

To enter our Contest, complete an entry form at any NGS location during regular business hours. All contest entries become the property of NGS and will not be returned. The entries may also be used by NGS for promotional purposes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If you wish to enter but want no further contact from NGS after the contest closes, please check the box on the entry form to opt-out of receiving future email communications.

Prize Details

The APPLE WATCH is a brand new unit packaged in its original box. Taxes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. APPLE WATCH is a registered trademark of Apple, Inc. Apple, Inc. does not endorse our products nor are they a sponsor or otherwise affiliated with this Contest.

Prize Drawing

The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted from all entries starting in January of the current year. Additional drawings will be held in April, July, and October. After notifying the winner, he/she will have 48 hours to claim his/her prize. The winner will be contacted via email or by telephone. If the prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, NGS reserves the right to re-claim the prize and select a new winner. By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. NGS, and its promotional agents, are not responsible for illegible, or incomplete entries. As soon as a closing date is determined, the date will be posted on this site.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes winner’s consent to NGS’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/ or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions

NGS reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Contest in the event of unauthorized human intervention, fraud or any other occurrence that affects the administration, security, fairness or normal operation of the Contest.
